Candidates for the Republican endorsement for Congress in the Second Congressional District, John Howe, Jason Lewis, and Darlene Miller, will compete in a forum sponsored by Metro Republican Women Saturday, March 12, in Mendota Heights. The candidates are seeking to fill the seat Representative John Kline, who is retiring after six terms. A fourth candidate, David Gerson, declined to participate.
